Position: TikTok Content Creator (Editing & Posting) Full-Time

About the Role
We are looking for a creative and proactive TikTok Content Creator to help grow a personal brand by managing the full content process—editing raw videos into engaging 2-3 minute clips and posting them directly on TikTok. The content will focus on topics like entrepreneurship, mentorship, and mindset, aiming to inspire and educate a broad audience.

Responsibilities
Edit raw video footage into TikTok-friendly 2-5 minute clips, adding text overlays, captions, and sound effects to boost engagement.
Manage posting on TikTok, including writing engaging captions and using relevant hashtags.
Research TikTok trends and apply them to video edits and posting strategies.
Analyze performance metrics (likes, comments, shares, etc.) to suggest improvements for future content.
Maintain a consistent posting schedule to ensure steady growth and audience engagement. (minimum 3 per day)
Collaborate closely to align with the brand’s tone, style, and messaging.

Qualifications
Proven experience in video editing and TikTok content management.
Knowledge of TikTok’s algorithm, trends, and best practices for maximizing reach and engagement.
Strong video editing skills (using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar).
Excellent written communication skills for crafting captions and hashtags.
Creative and resourceful mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently.

Preferred Skills
Experience with analytics tools to track performance.
Background in marketing, storytelling, or branding.
Familiarity with topics like entrepreneurship, mentorship, and mindset.
