Location: Remote (US Hours – EST)
About Us:
Join our innovative and fast-paced MSP team! We specialize in delivering top-notch IT solutions to a variety of clients, and we are looking for a Tier 3 Systems Engineer to elevate our services. This remote position offers the chance to work with cutting-edge technologies and support businesses in achieving their IT goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Support & Escalations:
o Provide expert-level support for escalated technical issues across various systems, including network infrastructure, servers, and end-user devices.
o Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
2. System Management & Administration:
o Manage and maintain environments including Azure, Azure AD, Office 365, Intune, and Google Workspace.
o Administer and configure Cisco Meraki networking solutions, including firewalls, switches, and access points.
o Oversee Apple device management using Addigy and Windows devices through Intune/Autopilot.
3. Tools & Platforms:
o Utilize ConnectWise for ticketing, documentation, and RMM tasks.
o Maintain IT Glue for standardized documentation of client systems and processes.
o Manage cybersecurity tools like SentinelOne, ThreatLocker, and Cloudflare.
4. Network & Security:
o Configure and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, VPNs, and firewall solutions.
o Monitor and optimize network performance for client environments.
5. Automation & Scripting:
o Develop PowerShell scripts to automate repetitive tasks and streamline operations.
o Contribute to process automation and system integrations.
6. Documentation & Knowledge Sharing:
o Create detailed guidelines, deployment procedures, and escalation documentation.
o Train and mentor junior team members to foster growth and knowledge transfer.
Required Skills & Expertise:
• Certifications:
o Microsoft Certified Professional (Office 365)
o Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or Cisco Certified Entry Networking Technician (CCENT)
o Certified Meraki Networking Associate
• Technical Skills:
o Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Office 365, Intune, Autopilot, SharePoint, OneDrive)
o Hands-on experience with Azure AD and Google Workspace
o Strong knowledge of Cisco Meraki, PowerShell scripting, and VPN configurations
o Proficient with ConnectWise, IT Glue, Addigy, and Datto RMM
• Additional Expertise:
o Familiarity with cybersecurity tools such as SentinelOne, ThreatLocker, and Cloudflare
o Experience with Meraki Networks, Jamf, OKTA, and other cloud-based platforms
o Knowledge of server operating systems (Windows Server, Linux Server)

• Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Strong communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Working Hours:
• Must be available to work US hours (Eastern Standard Time).
