Thumbnail Designer

I'm looking for a long term thumbnail designer who can make thumbnails for the Scary Encounters niche.

I am looking for someone who:
1. Good thumbnail designer with experience
2. Reasonable turnaround time
3. Be creative

I send the title + example thumbnail
I do not have any footage, you will need to gather footage from the internet / the video
If you have read the middle of this job description, please type your favorite
animal at the beginning of your proposal.

I will have to do a trial run first.
Please provide multiple examples of thumbnails you have created in your proposal. (google drive)
We want to upload 5-7 videos a week and pay $5 per thumbnail (and make 3-5 versions per thumbnail)

We want the same quality thumbnails as in the channels shown down below.
