Physical Therapy Coordinator & QA Specialist (Licensed PT)
Hours: 8 AM – 1 PM CST

Outcomes Therapy is looking for a licensed Physical Therapist to join our team as a Therapy Coordinator & QA Specialist. In this role, you'll manage outpatient schedules, approve therapy notes, and ensure smooth operations using HENO and Kinnser EMR systems. Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and experience in quality assurance are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Approve therapy notes and ensure compliance with standards.
Manage patient schedules and profiles.
Handle co-pay charges and maintain accurate records.
Collaborate with therapists and admin staff to resolve any issues.

Qualifications:

Licensed Physical Therapist.
Experience with HENO and/or Kinnser EMR systems a plus.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
