Key Responsibilities

1. Textile Design Creation

Develop unique, trend-driven textile designs for women’s wear based on mood boards or specific themes.
Design seamless repeat patterns optimized for digital printing, ensuring they meet production requirements.
Adapt existing concepts while maintaining originality and design integrity.

2. Digital Printing Expertise

Prepare and format artwork files for digital fabric printing, ensuring compatibility with printing machinery and processes.

3. Collaboration with Production

Partner with the production team on fabric selection, color matching, and technical requirements.
Incorporate feedback from production to refine designs for optimal results.

4. Customer-Inspired Solutions

Translate customer requests or inspiration into custom designs that meet their specifications.
Deliver high-quality designs within tight timelines while maintaining accuracy and creativity.

5. File Management

Maintain an organized library of design files, ensuring artwork is accessible and up-to-date for the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience & Expertise
3+ years of experience as a textile designer, preferably in the women’s wear fabric industry.
In-depth knowledge of digital printing processes and techniques.

Technical Proficiency
Advanced skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
Expertise in creating repeat patterns, color separation, and print file preparation.

Attention to Detail
Exceptional accuracy in translating ideas into production-ready designs.

Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with production, sales, and other teams.
