Job Description:
SmileFam is looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Telemarketers to help us reach new customers and spread the smiles! As a Telemarketer, you will be responsible for initiating outbound calls, engaging with potential customers, promoting SmileFam’s offerings, and contributing to our mission of delivering joy.

Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce SmileFam products and services
2. Build rapport and establish long-term customer relationships
3. Provide product knowledge and answer any questions from customers
4. Record customer details and track interactions using CRM software
5. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales and lead-generation targets
6. Follow up on leads and ensure that customer concerns are addressed effectively
7. Maintain a positive and cheerful attitude, reflecting the SmileFam brand
8. Contribute to a fun and supportive team atmosphere

Requirements:

1. Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales (IS A MUST)
2. Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
3. Self-motivated with a passion for sales and customer interaction
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
5. Comfortable using CRM software and other office tools
6. High school diploma or equivalent required; some college is a plus
7. Availability for full-time.
