Join our team as a Part-Time Prospecting VA!

We're looking for a highly motivated individual to make calls, set appointments, and help manage leads in Salesforce and FX. This role involves reaching out to leads, updating data, and scheduling appointments—making a direct impact on our business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
A. Make 30-40 calls per hour from the client's database using a provided script
B. Set up to 150 appointments per week
C. Update Salesforce Opportunities & Leads
D. Manage work orders (WO’s) and add clients into SF & FX
E. Assist on the Customer Service phone line, including callbacks
F. Follow-up on leads and appointments (more than 20 calls per day)
G, Minimal admin work, as Salesforce is already set up

Skills & Qualifications:
A. Strong verbal communication & English skills
B. Comfortable making a high volume of calls
C. Familiar with Salesforce & FX
D, Ability to schedule appointments efficiently
E.Experience with CRM Management (a plus)

Schedule: Part-Time , US Timezone
Compensation: $5 per hour
