JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description:
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to briefly introduce the company’s services.
Identify whether the client’s business may benefit from our services. If applicable, schedule a face-to-face meeting between the client and our manager at a convenient time and location. Follow up on the process as required.
Accurately record call details and outcomes in Google Sheets.
Utilize calling software to make calls efficiently.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with the team, providing timely feedback and updates.

Job Requirements:
Ability to work remotely with a reliable and stable internet connection.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with Google Sheets for recording and organizing data.
Proficiency in using calling software and WhatsApp for communication.
Prior experience in telemarketing or a related field.

Additional Notes:
We are a New Zealand customer service company. Due to the time difference, work hours begin at 4:00 AM Philippine Time.
The position operates on a last-one-out basis.
Applicants must have a very quiet work environment, free from distractions such as animal sounds or background noise.
