Telegram Marketing Assistant

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated Telegram Marketing Assistant to join our team in a fully remote, data-driven position. The ideal candidate will excel at working independently from their laptop or phone, handling multiple projects, and collaborating effectively with team members in a virtual environment. This role involves managing promotional materials, maintaining client relationships, and optimizing workflows to enhance the team's efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with the Telegram Leads Team to obtain and distribute promotional materials that highlight our clients' offerings.
* Assist the team in developing and implementing strategies and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
* Manage a designated budget to acquire high-quality promotional materials that maximize ROI.
* Publish engaging content and captions as directed by the team leader to capture target audiences and drive conversions.
* Collect, organize, and maintain accurate data using Notion forms.
* Strategize with the Leads Team to ensure consistent leads flow for client accounts.
* Oversee cross-client communications to strengthen and uphold network relationships.
* Create visuals and copy tailored to each client’s target demographic.
* Facilitate client communication across platforms by establishing customized information channels.
* Communicate conversion rates to team leads and adjust strategies to maximize client revenue

Qualifications:

* Familiarity with web-based platforms such as Telegram, Notion, and WhatsApp.
* Prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
* Proficiency in working full-time using a laptop and a smartphone.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly via mobile devices.
* Comfort working with diverse content types in a professional marketing setting
* High School Diploma or equivalent.
