Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Technical Website Manager to handle the backend operations of our web projects. This role involves managing servers, hosting configurations, payment gateways, and technical support, ensuring seamless internal operations and reliable website performance. You will work closely with internal teams to maintain high standards across all projects and processes.

Responsibilities:
- cPanel/Server Management: Oversee server setup, website migrations, and cPanel configurations to optimize hosting
reliability and performance.
- Hosting Operations: Manage hosting environments and configurations to ensure smooth operations and internal satisfaction.
- Payment Gateways: Integrate and manage payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, Authorize.net) for secure and seamless
transactions.
- Task Management: Track tasks and workflows using Monday.com or similar platforms to ensure timely and efficient project
delivery.
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline processes and enhance
team training.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct QA testing to ensure technical standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Connect with other team members for alignment

Requirements:
- In-depth knowledge of server management, cPanel, and hosting environments.
- Strong experience with payment gateway integrations and technical configurations.
- Excellent documentation skills for creating SOPs and technical guides.
- Familiarity with task tracking. Specifically Monday.com.
- Experience with AWS for hosting management.
- SEO knowledge for technical optimizations and enhanced website performance.
- Expertise in improving website page speed and performance.
- Reliable and dedicated.
