ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Categorize all responses coming in from outbound campaigns within Smartlead
- Test cold
- Manage lead sheets in ClickUp and ensure they all have the right name, amount of leads and category (catch all or valid)
- Search, scrape and organise leads for cold
- Organize and split leads that have been scraped in spreadsheets and ClickUp according to the employee sizes, job roles.
- Clean leads using Million Verifier and company names with lead formatter.
- Report on key activities on a daily basis and ask questions if needed to ensure the quality of work.
- Ensure the deadlines are met and all leads are scraped in time before the due date is met to ensure they are ready for the campaigns.
- Buy and set up domains and inboxes for current and new clients.
- Buy and set-up technical software and automations for clients.
- Work closely with the head of acquisition to ensure the campaign launching structure is met end of the week
- Set up all campaigns in Smartlead on Thursday so they are ready for launch on Monday morning.
- Create volume plan end of week to ensure maximal volume for the week after.
KPIS:
-
- 100% of lead data data is searched, scraped & cleaned for new campaigns on or before Wednesday
- Campaigns are 100% compliant according to guidelines and check-lists
- Technical set-up of clients done within 48 hours of assigning (domains, inboxes, systems & automations)
- 100% of lead data is verified through Million Verfier of Scrubby.
- Campaign volume plan is finished on or before Friday EOD
- Volume to new campaigns are added on or before Monday
- 100% of new launched campaigns have between 200-300 leads if not informed otherwise.
- EOD report has been sent over daily
- 95% of assigned tasks are completed on or before set deadline
