Technical Support Wanted (CEBU BASED) - Hybrid

N-Compass TV is searching to add to our technical support team in Cebu. This position will provide hardware, software, and networking support. Team members will respond to emails, chats, or phone calls from customer questions.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Basic computer skills
- Must have basic knowledge of LAN and WiFi setups.
- Troubleshooting skills
- Must have Customer Service and Customer Relations skills.
- Proficient in English, verbal and written (A MUST, no way around it).
- Good work ethic with the ability to always be learning.

PLEASE NOTE:
This is full-time employment and a hybrid work set-up. Working US day hours which is PH night or graveyard shift.
