Job Title: Tech Support Specialist

Overview:
The Tech Support Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the success of Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) services by connecting with patients in the program, assisting them with the proper use of electronic medical devices, and supporting their adherence to daily readings. This position is ideal for a candidate with technical expertise, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for improving patient outcomes through technology.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Patient Engagement and Follow-Up

- Proactively connect with patients enrolled in the RPM program to ensure they are taking daily readings and utilizing the technology consistently.
- Send reminders and follow up with patients to maintain engagement and adherence to monitoring protocols.
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting:
- Effectively resolve technical issues with patient electronic medical devices via phone, video call, or, if necessary, in person.
- Guide patients through downloading, installing, and using the software and pairing electronic medical devices via Bluetooth.
- Ensure patients fully understand and utilize RPM devices and software accurately to meet program requirements.

Collaboration and Coordination:

- Communicate regularly with internal case management and clinical teams to address any patient concerns or issues related to
device use or adherence.
- Document technical issues and resolutions to track patient progress and improve processes.

Other Duties:

- Stay up to date on the software, devices, and updates used in the RPM program.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned to support program success.

Skills and Experience Required:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT helpdesk support, technical support, or customer service.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a positive attitude toward resolving technical challenges.
- Advanced computer skills and knowledge of downloading, installing, and troubleshooting applications on Apple and Android
devices.
- Experience with Bluetooth-enabled devices is required.

Bilingual in
- English/Spanish or English/Russian is strongly preferred.
