JOB OVERVIEW

+ WHO WE WANT
- Fast Learner – 1–2 years in SaaS support is great, but if you pick things up quickly, we want you.
- Strong Communicator and Fluent in English (written & spoken). You’ll chat with users daily via email, chat, and Slack/Discord.
- US PST Hours (Must be available Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM PST).
- AI-Friendly means Comfortable using tools like ChatGPT to learn faster, solve problems, and improve processes.
- Spot issues, suggest solutions, and take action before being asked.
- Gets Stuff Done (Identify problems, solve them, and execute quickly).

+ RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer support questions via Intercom and Discord.
- Manage a small but growing Discord community (~5 active users, mainly e-commerce sellers).
- Learn our product in 1–2 days using internal training docs.
- Use AI tools like ChatGPT to update our knowledge base.
- Set up and maintain support processes (escalations, refunds, cancellations, docs).
- Create in-app tips, training materials, emails, and surveys to engage users.
- Track and report key customer success metrics.

+ COMPENSATION & GROWTH
- $350–$500/month (based on your skills and how fast you take on more).
- Work closely with a small, fast-moving team.
- We have a bias for impactful results, not hours worked.
