Tegrastaff is an executive search recruiting firm located near San Francisco, California. For 25 years, we’ve worked exclusively in the architecture, engineering, and construction industries.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
We're currently seeking a Virtual Recruiter to support our senior recruiters with phone pre-screening candidates for our job openings. We will consider part-time or full-time applicants.

We need an experienced recruiter with outstanding English-speaking skills and proven cold-calling skills. Outbound phone sales experience is also a big plus. Must be available to make calls between 9am-5pm Pacific Standard Time.

The primary goal of this position is to fill our Senior Recruiter’s calendar with pre-qualified candidate phone interviews each week. To do that, you will:

a) Call potential candidates from our candidate lists (they will have already received marketing emails from us to “warm-up” the call).
b) Find out if they are qualified and interested in that particular job
c) Schedule follow-up phone interviews between them and one of our senior recruiters.

This role may be expanded to include other recruiting responsibilities, as well as sales outreach calls.

WHAT WE PROVIDE:
We’ll provide you with training, scripts, call lists, software tools and mentoring. The work is challenging, but if you're willing to work hard, bring a positive attitude and demonstrate strong relationship-building skills, you will be making a difference to our candidates and clients while at the same time earning a good income – remotely!

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Daily phone outreach to engage potential candidates for our clients’ hiring needs
- Document results of each call (“voicemail”, “not interested”, “scheduled phone intvw”, “wrong #”, etc)
- Conducting phone pre-screen interviews
- Preparing resumes for submittal to clients
- Coordinate candidate interviews with client firms

REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of recruiting experience. Phone sales experience is a big plus.
- Exceptional English-speaking skills
- Ability to make daily phone calls to potential candidates, present job opportunities, and conduct basic phone interviews
- Strong “people skills” and ability to carry a conversation with a variety of personality types
- Understand the importance of weekly KPI’s and executing to them to ensure desired outcomes
- 4 year Bachelor's degree and
- Proficiency in MS Office, basic internet research, database, CRM or ATS experience.
- Experience with Linkedin Recruiter and Bullhorn (ATS) preferred.
