As we rapidly grow, we're looking for a Technical Recruiter who is eager to push boundaries and think outside the box when it comes to sourcing top technical talent. In our fast-paced, fully remote environment, you’ll have the freedom to explore innovative sourcing methods—using tools like SignalHire, free job boards, social media, and other creative channels—to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates across the U.S.

Job Overview
As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a critical role in driving our growth by sourcing, screening, and placing exceptional technical talent in contract, direct-hire, and leadership roles. You will report directly to the Recruiting Manager and work closely with our dynamic team to shape our recruitment strategy. Your work will not only influence the success of our clients but also contribute directly to the growth of our company.

Roles you may recruit for include, but are not limited to:

Software Engineers: Frontend, Backend, and Full-Stack Developers
Data Professionals: Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and Analytics Experts
DevOps & Infrastructure: DevOps Engineers, System Administrators
Product & Project Management: Technical Product Managers, IT Project Managers
Technical Leadership: Engineering Managers, Directors of Engineering

Key Responsibilities
Proactive Outreach: Engage with technical professionals via phone, email, and social media to discuss career opportunities in the tech industry.
Candidate Screening: Conduct comprehensive screening calls to assess technical skills, experience, and job fit.
Creative Sourcing: Leverage innovative sourcing methods—such as SignalHire, free job boards, social media, and networking events—to build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline. We welcome creative ideas and innovative sourcing techniques that have proven successful in your experience.
Relationship Building: Cultivate lasting relationships with candidates through consultative and personalized communication.
Candidate Presentation: Provide hiring managers with detailed, well-articulated summaries of candidate profiles, including background, skills, and career goals.
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage every stage of the recruitment process—from initial sourcing to interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
Market Insight: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and shifts in the tech talent market.
Organized Tracking: Utilize ATS and CRM tools to monitor candidate progress and maintain up-to-date records throughout the hiring process.
Collaboration & Communication: Participate in teaUpgrade to see actual infoetings and utilize remote collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Microsoft Teams) to ensure smooth communication across the team.
What We're Looking For (Must-Have Requirements)
Technical Recruiting Experience: A minimum of 2+ years of experience in technical recruiting (experience within a staffing agency or talent acquisition team is required).
Candidates with a background in technical recruiting will be prioritized.
Relationship-Driven: A natural people-person who enjoys meaningful conversations and building lasting relationships.
Strong Communication Skills: Ability to clearly articulate ideas and engage with candidates, ensuring they feel understood and valued.
Resilience & Proactivity: Comfortable with outbound calls and engaging potential candidates—even those not actively seeking new opportunities.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with technical roles, emerging technologies, and the specific skill sets needed in today’s tech landscape.
Time Zone Flexibility: Availability to work PST or EST hours to meet the needs of U.S.-based clients and candidates.
Tech-Savvy: Experience using ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and CRM tools.
High-Volume Recruiting: Proven ability to manage multiple roles and candidates concurrently across various stages of the recruitment process.
Performance KPIs & Expectations
Your performance will be measured against industry-standard KPIs, including:

Daily Submissions: Minimum of 3 qualified candidate submissions per day.
Weekly Submissions: Minimum of 15 qualified candidate submissions per week.
Monthly Placements: Achieve at least 2 successful placements (fills) per month.
Interview-to-Submission Ratio: Maintain a ratio of at least 25% to ensure quality candidate alignment.
Candidate Pipeline Growth: Add a minimum of 50 new qualified candidate profiles to your pipeline per month.
Time-to-Fill: Maintain an average time-to-fill of 30-45 days from candidate engagement to placement.
Client/Candidate Satisfaction: Achieve high satisfaction scores through effective communication and relationship management, as reflected in periodic feedback surveys.
