Technical Onboarding Specialist

? Makes sure clients have a successful and positive onboarding and ongoing experience with our products, Bidsquare Vault, Cloud and Bidsquare.com.
? Seamlessly transition from Sales to provide effective and comprehensive support for the customer after the sale and leading the onboarding
? Train and guide client through product set-up and implementation and manage data migration process to ensure a smooth migration process
? Project manage and liaise with cross functionally to ensure client deliverables are met and client customizations match client requirements
? Communicate and manage client expectations
? Support QA new product releases with the client experience in mind

Qualifications
? 3+ years experience in a client onboarding role at a B2B SaaS organization, with a demonstrated history of improving client retention and satisfaction
? Understands product and tech and how to translate and communicate key value proposition to prospective clients
? Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
? Experience with auctions
? Basic knowledge of HTML, product and database
? Conducts self with the highest professional and ethical standards
? Self-motivated and self-starter
? Thrives in an entrepreneurial environment
? 4-year college degree required
