We’re an innovative ecommerce brand growing quickly and looking to strengthen our data and backend operations. We sell direct-to-consumer via Shopify and are scaling fast across
What You’ll Do:
- Gather and organize data from **Shopify**, **Klaviyo**, **Google Analytics**, **Google Ads**, and **Meta Ads
- Analyze performance and create **simple reports or charts** to highlight trends and insights
- Help maintain and segment *
- Check tracking and integrations across platforms to ensure everything is working
- Make data-driven suggestions to improve performance (optional, but appreciated)
What You *Don’t* Need:
- You don’t need to write copy or design
- You don’t need to run ad campaigns — just help us understand how they’re performing.
Ideal Candidate Has:
- Strong working knowledge of **Shopify**, **Klaviyo**, **Google Analytics**, **Google Ads**, and **Meta Ads**
- Comfort working with data, spreadsheets, and visualizing trends
- Experience supporting ecommerce brands
- Great communication and strong attention to detail
- Proactive mindset — you don’t need to wait for instructions to take initiative
Details:
- Part-time to start; hourly using TimeProof + Payoneer for payroll
- Opportunity to grow into a bigger role as we scale
- Must be fluent in English and comfortable working independently
