Tech VA for Australian Online Business Coach

We are an Australian-based VA Agency, looking for a hard-working, honest, and reliable VA Superstar with a can-do attitude to join our fast-growing business. All our staff works remotely and the ideal candidate should be driven, tech-savvy, be fluent in written & spoken English, and with strong attention to detail to support me and my clients in day-to-day tasks.

You will need to have at least 2 years working experience in the following platforms:
- Squarespace
- Kajabi
- Convertkit
- Activecampaign
- Flodesk
- Mailchimp
- Thrivecart
- Showit (desirable)
- Wordpress (desirable)

Please do not apply if you are not experienced in using any of these platforms.

Tasks includes:
- Creating landing pages, lead magnet funnels, sales pages, and website
- Upload and schedule email marketing content
- Setting up course videos on Kajabi
- Experience with Wordpress and Showit is a plus!

Other requirements:
- Reliable, trustworthy and strong work ethic
- Speaks fluent English with C1 Proficiency (Advanced)
- Super organised with strong attention to detail and ability to work under minimal supervision
- Demonstrate strong initiative and be an action-taker
- Tech-savvy and willingness to learn new software we use
- Ability to take on constructive feedback and improve

We upload a high standard of service for our clients and we move fast. This is a great job with a supportive team environment, so you must be willing to commit long-term and go-all in. We are looking for someone who can start immediately at 10 hours/week working Monday-Friday, you must be available between the hours of 9am - 6pm Philippines Time. We plan to increase work hours and responsibilities for the right candidate quickly.
