???? Position Summary:
We’re hiring a Tech & Systems Implementation VA who is fully confident and experienced in Go High Level (GHL). You’ll help power everything behind the scenes — from automations and CRM pipelines to digital product delivery and agent onboarding flows.
You’ll be working closely with our Project Manager, Tech Lead, and CEO to build a clean, scalable backend across our funnel stack, agent systems, and online education platforms.
This is not an entry-level role. You must know how to build, test, and maintain advanced GHL workflows, triggers, tags, and integrations — and enjoy making things run with precision.
???? Key Responsibilities
?? Go High Level Systems Setup (REQUIRED)
Build and manage workflows, automations, triggers, tags, pipelines, calendars, and campaigns
Set up and test lead capture, appointment booking, form automation, and product delivery
Integrate GHL with Stripe, Calendly, Mailbox Power, Zapier, and Circle
Organize and optimize backend CRM flow for clarity, clean data, and speed
Troubleshoot and fix anything that breaks — fast
????????? Agent Onboarding + Portal Setup
Upload and organize training materials inside Circle or similar platforms (Kajabi, Podia, etc.)
Build onboarding flows to walk new agents step-by-step through setup
Create basic trackers, quizzes, and status tags if needed
Ensure smooth experience from sign-up to active agent
???? Digital Product + Client Delivery Systems
Automate delivery of mini-courses, webinars, checklists, ebooks, and client tools
Connect lead capture to
Build thank-you pages, upsells, follow-up sequences, and reporting automations
???? System Testing, QA, and Optimization
Regularly test for automation breakdowns, delays, or delivery issues
Document processes clearly and update SOPs as systems evolve
Organize all tasks and assets inside
Provide support to tea

? Minimum Requirements:
1–2+ years experience inside GHL (not learning on the job)
Past experience building systems for digital products, services, or coaching brands
Strong English (verbal + written) for team communication
Excellent attention to detail and task management
Fast, dependable Wi-Fi and tools to support remote execution
?? Bonus (Not Required, but a Big Plus):
Experience in insurance or financial services
Knowledge of agent onboarding, LMS structures, or course delivery
Canva skills for visuals, portals, or product documents

Part-Time (10–20 hrs/week to start – may grow)
Biweekly Pay: $200 USD
Reports to: Project Manager & CEO
Contract-to-hire potential for long-term systems role as we scale
