We are looking for a highly skilled and reliable tech support professional who shares our passion for helping families and can assist with the maintenance and optimization of our WordPress website and WooCommerce shop.
JOB DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a tech support professional to assist with various project-based tasks related to our WordPress website and WooCommerce shop. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, especially in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to ConvertKit/WooCommerce integration, setting up CartFlows, and handling plugin conflicts. We are looking for a dependable professional we can reach out to as technical needs come up on an "as needed" basis.
AREAS OF TECH SUPPORT NEEDED:
- Troubleshooting ConvertKit/WooCommerce Integration: Resolve issues related to ConvertKit and WooCommerce integration, ensuring smooth customer data flow and
- CartFlows Setup: Help set up and configure CartFlows to optimize checkout and sales funnels for our WooCommerce shop.
- Plugin Conflict Resolution: Experience navigating and resolving plugin conflicts, ensuring smooth site performance and functionality.
- Google Consent Mode: Implement and troubleshoot Google consent mode for GDPR compliance.
- PayPal Checkout Update: Update and test PayPal checkout process for a seamless user experience.
- WooCommerce Checkout Update: Improve the WooCommerce checkout experience to enhance user experience.
- Tripwires Update: Update tripwire offers for better conversion.
- Sales Analytics: Assist with setting up and interpreting sales analytics to monitor performance.
- Blog Post Date Update: Change blog post dates to 2025 via finding compatible plugin.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong experience with WordPress, WooCommerce, CartFlows, and ConvertKit.
- Experience with PayPal/Stripe and WooCommerce checkout optimizations.
- Experience navigating plugin conflicts and troubleshooting issues to ensure site performance.
- Ability to meet via video and/or record video tutorials to explain setup and solutions.
- Proficiency with Google Consent Mode implementation.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and own computer.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: (not required; however, I will give preference to candidates with experience in these areas):
- Familiarity with SiteGround hosting
- Experience with Google Analytics and tracking.
- Familiarity with sales funnel optimization.
- Knowledge of WooCommerce analytics and reporting.
