We’re growing fast and need an IT & Web Services Specialist to keep our systems running smoothly, troubleshoot tech issues, and optimize our web platforms.

-What You’ll Be Doing-
Your role is to maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the IT and web systems that keep our business operating efficiently.

-Key Responsibilities-
* Troubleshooting & Support – Fix technical issues with hardware, software, networks, printers, and cloud systems to ensure smooth daily operations.

* Account & Access Management – Manage user accounts from M365 to our video AI system, reset passwords, and adjust system permissions as needed.

* Software Deployment & Maintenance – Install, update, and support software applications across the company.

* Web Development & Optimization – Maintain and improve our websites and web apps using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies.

* Cybersecurity & Best Practices – Enforce security policies, train teaUpgrade to see actual infombers on best practices, and help prevent potential cyber threats.

* Project Management – Plan and execute IT and web-related projects, working with different teams to improve tech infrastructure.

* Training & Documentation – Educate teaUpgrade to see actual infombers on software and hardware use and document troubleshooting procedures.

***Your goal? Ensure that all tech-related functions run smoothly while optimizing our systems for efficiency and performance.

-Who You Are-
*To succeed in this role, you should have:
*3+ years of experience in IT support, web development, and content management.
*Technical expertise – Strong knowledge of computer hardware, networks, operating systems (Windows & macOS), and *troubleshooting.
*Web development skills – Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and server-side languages.
*CMS experience – Familiar with content management systems (CMS) and web technologies (Wix)
*Problem-solving mindset – Able to troubleshoot and fix tech issues quickly.
*Great communication skills – Able to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
*Project management ability – Can manage multiple tech-related projects at once.
*A passion for learning – Always staying updated on new tech trends and advancements.
