This is a player-coach role, where you’ll lead by example—hitting your own daily outreach numbers while mentoring and supporting a small team of BDRs. The goal: bring in quality leads, build strong systems, and help everyone on the team get better every day.

- Hours: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM EST
- Break: 1 hour unpaid break

Role Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls and follow-up messages to landowners daily, with personal outreach targets.
- Drive daily performance across the BDR team, ensuring each rep brings in at least 1 quality lead per day.
- Monitor lead quality and ensure the team maintains a 75%+ qualified rate on submitted leads.
- Ensure the BDR team feels supported and has a clear understanding of their daily roles and responsibilities.
- Support and manage a team of BDRs by tracking performance and providing real-time coaching.
- Run regular call reviews, roleplays, and process improvement sessions.
- Refine scripts, objection handling, and outreach workflows based on performance data.
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new tea
- Collaborate with the acquisitions and marketing teams to improve lead quality and campaign consistency.
Role Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in outbound BDR, cold calling, or sales roles.
- 1+ year in a leadership or mentorship role, with a track record of coaching and developing tea
- Data driven with a strong focus on analyzing performance metrics and conducting basic financial analysis.
- Process-oriented self-starter with a knack for identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable solutions.
- Proficient with Excel/Google Sheets, CRMs, call tracking, and sales software.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and feedback skills.
- Confident in managing KPIs and holding others accountable while leading by example.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience managing or scaling large cold calling teams, ideally in a remote environment.
- Reliable remote work setup: high-speed internet, functional webcam, and noise-canceling headset.
