Team Lead - E-commerce Dropshipping

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our dynamic e-commerce dropshipping team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce operations, team management, and a deep understanding of the dropshipping model. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the e-commerce dropshipping team to achieve business goals and objectives
Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes
Develop and implement strategies to optimize the dropshipping model and improve performance
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to drive decision-making
