Team Lead Dropshipping - Operations Manager

**Job Title: Team Leader for Dropshipping**

**Job Description:**
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Team Leader to join our growing dropshipping business. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring that products are scheduled on time, product pages are optimized, and your team is performing efficiently. You'll collaborate with the product lister, customer support, and media buyer to ensure smooth operations across two stores.

Initially, you'll be working with a small team of 3, and as we grow, you'll manage a team of 5 people across 2 stores. If everything goes well, we may expand your responsibilities further by giving you another store to manage. You’ll be reporting directly to the Operations Manager and collaborating with the two Owners to ensure overall success.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Oversee the scheduling and timely uploading of products.
- Ensure product pages are optimized and meet store standards.
- Provide guidance and support to the product lister, customer support, and media buyer.
- Act as a main point of contact for your team to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
- Monitor and report team performance, ensuring goals and deadlines are met.
- Help resolve any issues related to dropshipping operations.
- Maintain daily communication via Slack and other online tools to ensure seamless coordination.

**Requirements:**
- Previous experience as a Team Leader in dropshipping or a similar e-commerce environment.
- Strong understanding of dropshipping, product sourcing, and product page optimization.
- Good knowledge of Excel for tracking performance, inventory, and teaUpgrade to see actual infotrics.
- Proficient in using Slack and other online collaboration tools.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work remotely with a team.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must be proactive, with a problem-solving attitude and a focus on results.

**Salary:**
- Starting at $5 per hour, with the opportunity for a raise to $6 per hour after the first month based on performance.
