We are a professional tax care solutions company seeking an experienced TaxDome expert to set up and customize the platform for our business. Our goal is to streamline our processes, integrate key tools, and enhance our client experience with efficient workflows and automations.

Job Responsibilities:
Set up and configure the TaxDome platform tailored for our tax preparation business.
Customize workflows, pipelines, and automations to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
Integrate TaxDome with our website, enabling seamless client onboarding and portal access.
Configure client portals for secure document sharing, e-signatures, and communication.
Connect and synchronize ConvertKit for email marketing and client communication.
Set up integration with Drake Tax Software to enhance tax return preparation and reporting workflows.
Use Zapier to automate processes and create integrations between TaxDome, ConvertKit, Drake Tax Software, and other tools.

Set up invoicing, payment processing, and engagement letter templates within TaxDome.
Provide training and documentation to staff for using TaxDome and related tools effectively.
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues during the setup process.
Suggest best practices for tax-related workflow automation and process improvement.
Qualifications:
Proven experience setting up and customizing TaxDome for tax or accounting firms.
Strong knowledge of tools such as Drake Tax Software, ConvertKit, and Zapier.
Experience integrating client management systems with websites and other platforms.
Familiarity with tax preparation workflows and client onboarding processes.
Excellent communication skills to guide staff through training and system adoption.
Detail-oriented and tech-savvy, with a focus on delivering reliable solutions.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with CRM systems and other client management platforms.
Understanding of tax preparation industry compliance and standards.
Ability to recommend automation workflows and integrations to optimize operations.
