Talented Figma Graphic Designer Needed for Website Design Projects

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Figma designer to collaborate on website design projects for small businesses and startups. You’ll be responsible for creating exceptional designs that seamlessly combine user experience (UX) with stunning user interface (UI). Initially, this will be a project-based role (budget: $400 per project for website designs). For the right person, this could grow into a long-term position in our team.

What You’ll Do:
• Create polished, responsive website designs using Figma, with a focus on usability and aesthetics.
• Build Design Systems, Components, and Auto Layouts for consistency and scalability.
• Develop interactive prototypes to bring concepts to life for clients.
• Ensure structured handoff to developers, with clear documentation and organization.
• Collaborate with our team to incorporate feedback and refine designs as needed.

What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience designing websites with Figma (please include portfolio links).
• Deep understanding of UX/UI principles and how to apply them to website projects.
• Ability to create responsive designs that work across all devices.
• Experience with prototyping, wireframes, and creating reusable components.
• Clear, organized workflows that ensure a smooth handoff to developers.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented and proactive problem-solver.
