Talent Sourcer and Coordinator
MZMO is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Sourcer and Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and excels at managing multiple projects simultaneously. As a key contributor, you will not only source top-tier talent for a variety of clients but also coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process. This includes scheduling interviews, maintaining clear communication between candidates and clients, and ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved. We are seeking exceptionally bright and reliable individuals who want to work in a LGBTQ+ friendly environment.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing: Using Boolean Search strategies to proactively identify and engage with potential candidates through various channels (i.e. LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, E-mail), ensuring a rich pipeline of talent for our clients
Project Management: Effectively oversee multiple talent sourcing projects concurrently, ensuring strategies are adjusted as needed to achieve weekly goals. Maintain accurate and up-to-date data to track progress and drive informed decision-making.
Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, communicating proactively to maintain good rapport and provide a great experience
Interview Coordination: Interacting with both clients and candidates to organize and schedule interviews across various platforms, ensuring a prompt and smooth experience.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Track and analyze outreach metrics such as response rates, relevancy and candidate engagement to identify trends and proactively address challenges. Use data insights to collaborate with clients and internal teams, ensuring realistic but ambitious weekly goals are set and met.

Ideal Qualifications
Experience: At least 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects and sourcing high-quality candidates.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
Organizational Skills: Highly organized with a keen attention to detail, capable of juggling multiple projects without compromising quality.
Intellectual Curiosity: A strong desire to learn and grow, coupled with intellectual curiosity about various industries and roles.
Systems: Comfort with Google Suite, Slack, Discord, LinkedIn, Octopus, E-mail Marketing
