The Role:
The Talent Recruiter is responsible for promoting open positions at Apex Social in the US market while creating a pipeline of qualified care professional candidates.

Responsibilities Include:
Build and manage a sales pipeline through a variety of sources.
Build and manage a network of school partnerships.
Attract applicants by placing job advertisements, contacting school leaders, attending career fairs, using social media and job boards.
Sourcing, screening and selecting candidates for open positions

Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of full cycle recruiting required.
Previous recruiting experience in nanny, therapy, health, or education services.
Proven ability to work as a team player and a self-starter who can work independently, take initiative and meet deadlines promptly.
Must be able to work in a virtual environment via telecommuting over high-speed internet access in a quiet and protected workspace free from background noise such that the performance of duties is done most professionally.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
