JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and self-starter to join our HR team as a Talent Management Specialist. If you love talking to people, solving problems, and thrive in a dynamic work environment, this role is for you.

As part of our full-cycle HR talent management, you will drive strategies across employee engagement, workforce analytics, training and development, and compensation and benefits, ensuring a connected and thriving workforce. This role requires working during the EST timezone, a strong sense of urgency, and exceptional analytical skills to manage and interpret complex HR data.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Engagement and Virtual Events:

Develop and execute strategies to enhance employee engagement and foster a positive workplace culture.
Plan and coordinate virtual events, such as town halls, team-building activities, and wellness programs, to promote collaboration and connection.
Monitor employee engagement scores, gather feedback, and implement initiatives to address areas of improvement.
Workforce Analytics and Reporting:

Prepare, analyze, and present HR workforce reports, including metrics on productivity, capacity, and engagement.
Generate monthly HR metrics reports for leadership, providing actionable insights to support decision-making.
Utilize HR tools to manage, analyze, and interpret complex data, ensuring accurate and meaningful insights.
Training and Development:

Assess training needs and implement development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
Facilitate leadership and employee development initiatives, such as workshops, webinars, and e-learning modules.
Track and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend adjustments for continuous improvement.
Compensation and Benefits:

Conduct annual salary benchmarking to ensure competitive and equitable compensation structures.
Manage benefits programs, ensuring they align with employee needs and organizational goals.
Guide employees on compensation and benefits policies, including enrollment and utilization.
Maintain compliance with labor laws and internal policies related to compensation and benefits.
Performance Evaluation and Policy Compliance:

Contribute to crafting and refining performance evaluation frameworks aligned with company goals.
Ensure HR policies, including the employee handbook, are up-to-date and compliant with labor regulations.
Support leadership in implementing and communicating performance evaluation processes and outcomes.
Other Responsibilities:

Perform additional tasks and duties as assigned by the Head of People, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities.
