Objective: The primary goal of this role is to find, qualify, and schedule interviews with real estate agents for our Dubai-based real estate agency. The candidate will work closely with the CEO, ensuring that only top-quality candidates proceed to the final interview stage.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing & Engagement:
Utilize LinkedIn and Instagram to build and strengthen our HR brand while proactively reaching out to potential candidates.
Monitor Indeed for incoming applications and screen CVs.
Qualify leads generated fro
Candidate Screening & Qualification:
Conduct initial qualification interviews based on a structured questionnaire to assess candidates’ experience, communication skills, and motivation.
Shortlist the best candidates and schedule Zoom interviews with the CEO for final decision-making.
Administrative & Reporting Tasks:
Keep a well-organized candidate database and tracking system.
Provide weekly reports on outreach efforts, responses, and scheduled interviews.

LinkedIn & Instagram (HR branding & candidate outreach)
Indeed (CV screening & communication with applicants)
Meta Ads Leads (Screening and pre-qualifying inbound leads)
Zoom (Scheduling and organizing interviews with the CEO)
Success Metrics:
Number of qualified candidates booked for CEO interviews.
Response rate from outreach efforts.
Conversion rate from initial qualification to interview stage.
