Job Description:
We’re a small, growing team with big goals, and we’re looking for a Recruiter to help us find the right people to take us to the next level. If you’re someone who loves connecting with people, building strong teams, and helping businesses grow, this could be the perfect role for you!

In this role, you’ll be helping us hire for some key positions, like Field Estimators, Sales Managers, Office Managers, Field Technicians, and Field Technician Trainers—roles that are essential to improving our sales and making our operations more efficient. What You’ll Do:
• Find Amazing People:
• Use creative ways to connect with great candidates for our open positions.
• Build a network of potential hires through job boards, social media, referrals, and word of mouth.
• Make the Hiring Process Smooth and Simple:
• Work closely with our leadership team to understand what we’re looking for in each role.
• Post job openings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and make sure candidates have a great experience throughout the process.
• Help Us Grow:
• Focus on hiring individuals who are not just skilled but who also fit into our company culture and share our passion for growth and success.
• Provide feedback on how we can improve our hiring process and set achievable goals for bringing in the best talent.
• Keep Things Organized:
• Track your progress and share updates with the team.
• Make sure we stay on top of timelines and find the right people when we need them.
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience in recruiting or hiring, especially for roles like the ones we’re filling (but we’re open to teaching the right person!).
• Someone who enjoys working closely with a small team and contributing to our growth.
• Great communication and people skills—this role is all about connecting with others.
• A good eye for talent and the ability to see how someone fits into the bigger picture.
