JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment efforts and build high-performing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, managing the recruitment process, and ensuring that we attract, select, and hire top talents.
*Key Responsibilities: *
1. *Develop and implement recruitment strategies*: Create and execute recruitment plans to meet business needs, including job postings, social media, job fairs, and other sourcing methods.
2. *Manage the recruitment process*: Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job requisition to onboarding, ensuring that it is efficient, effective, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
3. *Build and maintain relationships*: Foster strong relationships with hiring managers, HR colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure that recruitment needs are met, and that the recruitment process is aligned with business goals.
4. *Source and attract top talent*: Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, and professional networks, to attract top talent and build a diverse candidate pipeline.
5. *Evaluate and improve recruitment processes*: Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes, including metrics, to ensure that they are efficient, effective, and aligned with business goals.
6. *Manage recruitment metrics and analytics*: Track and analyze recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, source of hire, and candidate satisfaction, to inform recruitment strategies and improve processes.


*Requirements:*
1. *bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field*: Required
2. *Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition*: Required
3. *Proven track record of success in recruitment and talent acquisition*: Required
4. *Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, and procedures*: Required
5. *Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills*: Required
6. *Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks*: Required
7. *Proficiency in recruitment software, including applicant tracking systems (ATS)*: Preferred
