We are on a mission to find a part-time Data Analyst who is skilled in SQL and Tableau to help us track and visualize our key operational KPIs effectively. This role will begin with a part-time assignment, and has the opportunity to expand to a FULL-TIME Position, upon completion of excellent work.
We are looking for a dedicated, skilled, and talented Tableau Developer and Data Analyst to join our team and create Tableau dashboards for our business team. This role also includes ongoing maintenance and improvements to our data visualizations. You will be working closely with leadership to translate our operational data into actionable insights.

We are a results-driven organization looking for a data analyst who can turn our SQL data into clear, concise, and actionable visualizations that STAND OUT. We need someone dedicated and detail-oriented who can support us in data cleaning/preparation, including joining tables in SQL, and building robust Tableau dashboards to monitor KPIs.
WHAT IS YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES?
- Work with our SQL database to prepare data for Tableau, including creating calculated fields, relationships, and joins as needed.
- Create and finalize Tableau visualizations, such as text tables, stacked bars, line graphs, and other advanced visualizations to convey critical data trends.
- Collaborate with leadership to ensure the visualizations align with business goals and effectively track 3 main KPIs.
- Maintain and improve the dashboards over time, ensuring they remain accurate and relevant as the business grows.
- Suggest and implement innovative visualizations that enhance data interpretation and decision-making.
