Job Overview:
We are seeking a charismatic, energetic, and engaging TikTok Shop Live Seller to represent our brand and promote our exciting range of novelty products. As an established distributor of novelty products to retailers, we are now expanding directly to consumers, and live selling is a key part of this strategy. In this role, you will create fun, entertaining, and interactive live-stream shopping experiences to connect with audiences and drive sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Live Stream Hosting:
- Host high-energy, engaging live sessions on TikTok Shop to showcase our novelty products.
- Present product features and unique selling points in a fun and creative way.
- Keep the live-stream atmosphere lively, interactive, and entertaining for viewers.
Audience Engagement:
- Interact with viewers in real-time, answering questions and addressing comments.
- Foster a friendly and positive connection with audiences, building trust and loyalty.
- Use humor, creativity, and storytelling to keep the audience engaged and entertained.
Sales Performance:
- Achieve or exceed weekly sales targets through engaging live-stream promotions.
- Utilize upselling and cross-selling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.

Content Preparation & Setup:
Collaborate with the team to develop creative themes for live streams.
Prepare product setups that highlight the fun and unique aspects of our novelty products.
Stay updated on TikTok trends and incorporate them into live-stream presentations.
Product Knowledge:
Fully understand our novelty product lineup, including features, uses, and benefits.
Confidently address customer questions and concerns about products.

Qualifications and Skills:
Experience:
- Experience in live selling, hosting, sales, or similar roles is a MUST.
- Knowledge of TikTok's live-streaming features and platform is highly preferred.
Skills:
- Strong on-camera presence with excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Outgoing, energetic personality with a knack for engaging diverse audiences.
- Creative and adaptable, with a talent for making novelty products appealing and fun.
- Goal-oriented mindset with proven sales skills.
Technical Requirements:
- Reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Access to a high-quality camera, microphone, and lighting setup for live streaming.
- Comfortable working remotely and managing live-stream operations independently.
