Systems Specialist (GoHighLevel)

Responsibilities:
Perform system audits and prepare documentation
Assist with client onboarding for CRM systems like GoHighLevel, Zoho Projects, etc.
Build and maintain basic automations using tools like Zapier, Make, and others
Support the creation and maintenance of campaign workflows
Help design and improve client-facing portals and task lists
Provide technical support for ongoing projects
Regularly update project management tools with progress and changes
Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth project delivery

Requirements:
Strong technical aptitude and experience with CRM systems (e.g., GoHighLevel, Zoho Projects)
Experience with automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make)
Highly organised and detail-oriented
Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Willingness to learn new tools and systems quickly
Availability during some Australian business hours for meetings and coordination
