Systems Consultant

Scope of Work:
1. Systems & Platform Setup:
Communication Tools:

Set up Slack with dedicated channels for internal team communication, client communication, and project management.
Implement automated workflows in Slack (e.g., reminders, task assignments, notifications).
Project Management:

Implement a project management tool (Trello, Asana, Upgrade to see actual info, or Notion) with tailored boards/lists for each client and project phase.

Automate task creation, deadline reminders, and client updates within the project management system.
Funnel & Lead Management:

Build a sales funnel for lead generation and client onboarding using tools like GoHighLevel, ClickFunnels, or a similar CRM.

Set up automated email and SMS sequences for lead nurturing and client communication.

Video Hosting & Content Management:

Recommend and set up a platform for video uploading and sharing (e.g., Wistia, Vimeo, Google Drive).

Establish a structured system for organizing and accessing client videos and assets.

2. Automation & Integrations:

Use Zapier or Upgrade to see actual info to automate workflows and connect systems.

Example automations:

Trello to Google Calendar: Automatically sync posting schedules and reminders.

Slack Notifications: Automate messages to teaUpgrade to see actual infombers when new leads or tasks are added.

Client Onboarding Automation: Automatically send onboarding emails and set up project tasks.

3. Documentation & Training:

Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all systems and processes.

Develop how-to videos or written guides for each platform.

Provide a live or recorded training session for the team.

Deliverables:

Fully set up Slack, Project Management Tool, CRM/Funnel, Video Hosting Platform, and Automation Systems.
Complete SOPs and documentation for all systems.

Training session with the team (live or pre-recorded).

A handover document with login details, workflows, and maintenance tips.
