Systems Automation Specialist

The Role
We’re seeking a talented and detail-oriented Systems Automation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll work on creating and managing automated workflows, building dashboards, and optimizing operations for projects such as content automation, affiliate program management, and sports betting blogs. You’ll collaborate closely with our CEO and other team members to design systems that drive efficiency and scalability.

Responsibilities
Automation Design & Development:
- Build and manage automated workflows using platforms like Make.com, Zapier, and Airtable.
- Integrate APIs into workflows to enhance functionality and data flow.
System Optimization:
- Create dynamic dashboards using Airtable Interfaces, Softr, or similar tools.
- Develop scalable systems to support content management, affiliate programs, and analytics.
Data Management:
- Set up data pipelines between systems for seamless reporting and operation.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across platforms.
Content Workflow Implementation:
- Automate content curation, categorization, and publishing processes.
- Help develop workflows for platforms like WordPress.
Coding Support (Bonus):
- Write scripts or small applications to supplement automations, as needed (e.g., Python, JavaScript).
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the CEO and team to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Document processes and provide training to ensure team members can utilize the systems effectively.

Qualifications
Must-Haves:
- Proven experience with Make.com and Zapier for workflow automation.
- Strong proficiency in Airtable for data organization and automation.
- Ability to create Airtable Interfaces or dashboards using Softr or similar tools.
- Understanding of APIs and experience integrating them into workflows.
- Exceptional problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to document processes clearly.

Nice-to-Haves:
- Coding experience in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.
- Familiarity with WordPress for managing content workflows.
- Experience with analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio).
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles for creating intuitive dashboards.
