We're looking for a highly skilled Systems Administrator with 5+ years of experience in IT support environments. This fully remote role requires an expert in managing and optimizing IT infrastructure, providing top-notch support, and ensuring system security and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Administer and manage DNS, Microsoft 365 (including SharePoint), and Google Business environments.
- Deploy, configure, and maintain Ninja RMM for remote monitoring and management.
- Oversee antivirus solutions and ensure endpoint security.
- Provide technical support for Windows and Apple devices.
- Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot VPNs and remote access solutions.
- Maintain detailed IT documentation and follow industry best practices.
- Ensure compliance with IT security standards and policies.

Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years as a Systems Administrator, Systems Engineer, or similar.
- Expert-level knowledge of DNS, Microsoft 365, Google Business Suite, VPNs, and IT security best practices.
- Hands-on experience with Ninja RMM deployment and management.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows and macOS environments**.
- Experience in systems documentation and IT process optimization.
- Familiarity with HIPAA compliance (preferred but not required).
- Industry certifications (ITIL, Microsoft, etc.) are highly regarded.
