MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING AS A SYSTEMS BACKEND ADMIN, TECHNICAL CUSTOMER SUPPORT & HAS AI KNOWLEDGE BASE SKILLS

What are the VA's primary responsibilities?
Main roles would include the following:
- monitor AI replies and make sure this is kept up to date for users who do not receive the correct reply
- keep knowledge base up to date
- work directly underneath our internal marketing team
- answering live chats to customers when AI cannot give the correct answer
- assigning chats/tickets to the correct team when it cannot be dealt with
- issuing birthday tickets / blue light tickets and sorting booking changes from our backend system
These are the main ones to start with

What would a typical day in this role look like? 
Mainly being logged in to the backend system doing all of the above and our backend system to sort any actionable enquiries

What are the “must-have” skill sets of a successful candidate?
-Excellent organisational skills

-Attention to detail
-Experience using backend admin systems

What geographic timezone will the VA be working in?
(GMT) Greenwich Mean Time: Lisbon, Accra.
48 hours/week
Monday-Saturday
