Extremely detailed oriented researcher must find the Property Deed Title Owner Name, Outstanding Mortgage Balances, and any liens outstanding on the property, calculate surplus fund estimate, and provide supporting documents that will have to be arranged in order in a PDF file per property for Property Tax and Property Mortgage Pre*Foreclosures ( 8 elements are required in each file submission). At least three property complete files will have to be researched and sent to us daily, from Monday through Friday. You can easily do 1 file per hour from start to finish. We are offering USD 5 per hour, 3 hours a day, 20 days a month, to begin with. If you like researching property public records online in detail, this is the right job for you. Once you submit a file, every individual file will be sent to a strict checking point making sure the file contains all required information, and in order as required within the PDF format. If the file is rejected, you will have to correct the error and resend the file again once corrected (correction time will not be paid). All this might seem sort of complicated to you, but believe me, once you understand the training manual, which is perfectly detailed with examples and links you can use, and easy to understand, all this will become easy for you to do, just as long you do it in order as explained. This will also let you acquire a new skill that most Real Estate Virtual Assistants do not know how to do. Out of these files submitted, we should get at least one contract signed with a client for every 60 files submitted. We recover the Surplus Funds from a Client around 1 to three months after the auction is held. For every client we recover their Surplus Funds, we offer you a $150 bonus. (That could bring your monthly earnings up to $450 for only 3 hours of work daily, after the third month working with us).
