We are a dynamic and growing Dropshipping Fashion store committed to providing exceptional products and service to our customers. As part of our expansion plans, we are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Supply Chain Manager to join our team. This position offers the unique opportunity to evolve into a Store Manager role based on performance. We are doing over 1 million in revenue and wan't to process 10 million in 2024 so we are looking for a highly ambitious Person dedicated to his/her job

Position: Supply Chain Manager (Engineer)

Responsibilities:

As a Supply Chain Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless flow of products from suppliers to our customers. The ideal candidate should be an engineer with a strong understanding of supply chain dynamics. Key responsibilities include:

Invoice Checking:

Thoroughly review and verify supplier invoices for accuracy.
Invoice Sheets Management:

Upload invoice sheets accurately to the designated folders.
Unfulfilled Orders Management:

Monitor and update unfulfilled orders in real-time.
Instruction Issuance:

Provide clear instructions to the team for handling unfulfilled orders.
Price Deductions:

Negotiate and request price deductions when necessary.
Quality Checks:

Ensure rigorous quality checks are conducted on received products.
Stock Availability:

Regularly assess and update stock availability status.
Team Instructions:

Communicate instructions to the team in case of size or variant unavailability.
Backup Supplier Coordination:

Liaise with backup suppliers to fulfill orders when primary sources fall short.
Customer Service Collaboration:

Work closely with the customer service agency to address supply chain-related issues.
Results Reporting:

Compile and report supply chain results to the CEO.
Weekly Team Presentations:

Present weekly supply chain results and updates to the team.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
Proven experience in supply chain management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency in using supply chain management software.
