A US wellness brand is looking for a hands-on Supply Chain and Logistics Specialist to own and improve their supply chain operations.
This role is ideal for someone with Amazon company experience who thrives in a fast-paced, lean environment.
They need someone who can take full ownership of the end-to-end supply chain - from forecasting and inventory planning, to purchasing from China, and coordinating shipments to Amazon FBA and 3PL warehouses.

1. Have you worked in a supply chain role for a company that sells on Amazon?

Key Responsibilities
•Forecasting & Inventory Planning: Make data-driven decisions to prevent stockouts and over-ordering.
•Purchasing & Vendor Management: Source from China and coordinate with manufacturers, managing components like lids, jars, labels, and final product timelines.
•Amazon FBA & 3PL Coordination: Ensure seamless shipping and replenishment to Amazon FBA and 3PL warehouses.
•Issue Resolution: Flag risks early, suggest solutions fast, and move forward without waiting for perfect conditions.
Role Requirements
•Experience: 3–5 years in supply chain, logistics, or demand planning, ideally in an Amazon-focused business
•Hands-on experience managing end-to-end supply chain workflows — from planning and purchasing (China) to FBA and 3PL logistics
•Tools: Proficient in Amazon Seller Central, SoStocked (or similar ERP), and advanced Google Sheets/Excel (including formulas, macros, and automation)
•Strong coordination experience with suppliers, freight forwarders, and multiple warehouse/3PL locations
•Excellent analytical, organizational, and time-management skills
