Hello,
We are a German e-commerce company looking for a Part-Time Supply Chain Manager to support our logistics operations. 10h/week
Your Tasks:
- Weekly call with the CEO to discuss shipment status, payment schedules, and shipping timelines.
- Enter and update data in Excel spreadsheets and various supply chain tools.
- Review checklists for different products to ensure compliance.
- Maintain and organize supplier data, preparing reports for internal use.
- Plan and coordinate Amazon shipments, communicating with warehouses.
- Adjust and monitor FBM inventory levels.
- Conduct supply chain analysis and create demand planning reports.
Requirements:
- Experience in supply chain management, logistics, or e-commerce operations.
- Strong Excel and data management skills.
- Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions.
- Good English communication skills for coordination with suppliers and tea
