JOB OVERVIEW

Saint Spritz is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator to help manage our distributor orders, inventory levels, and nationwide deliveries. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations across multiple warehouses, coordinating shipments with our logistics partners, and keeping our inventory system up-to-date.

Key Responsibilities:
- Order Management:

Track incoming distributor orders and ensure timely fulfillment
Communicate with logistics providers to schedule and confirm deliveries
Ensure all deliveries are executed on time and in full (OTIF)

- Inventory Tracking & Warehouse Coordination:
Maintain and update our inventory Google Sheet daily to track stock levels across multiple warehouses
Proactively identify when a regional warehouse is running low and arrange inventory transfers from our Austin warehouse
Work closely with warehouse teams and logistics providers to optimize stock movement and reduce costs

- Logistics Coordination:
Coordinate with our 3PL and trucking providers to arrange shipments
Monitor shipments and track delays or issues, resolving problems quickly

- Billing & Documentation:
Collect Bills of Lading (BOLs) after deliveries
Send BOLs to the accounting department for invoicing
Ensure all delivery records are complete and accurate

- Process Optimization:
Identify cost-saving opportunities in freight and warehousing
Improve tracking and reporting to increase inventory accuracy
Suggest better systems, workflows, or tools to enhance efficiency

Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience in supply chain, logistics, or inventory management (2+ years preferred)
- Strong skills in Google Sheets/Excel (formulas, pivot tables, etc.)
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to analyze data and predict stock shortages before they happen
- Experience working with 3PLs, freight carriers, and warehouse teams
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently

Bonus: If you have experience with inventory management software (e.g., Cin7, Fishbowl, or NetSuite) or ERP systems, that's a plus!
