We are looking for a highly adaptable, resourceful, and detail-orientated Supply Chain Executive to work directly with the Chief Supply Chain Officer in managing all aspects of procurement, logistics, inventory, customer service, and process improvement. This role requires someone who can wear multiple hats, think on their feet, and handle diverse responsibilities. From coordinating supplier relationships and tracking shipments to analysing data and ensuring smooth post-sales support,. The ideal candidate is organised, proactive, and tech-savvy, with a problem-solving mindset and a strong ability to manage workflows independently. Responsibilities you will have:
- Administrative & Organisational Support
Manage and organise schedules, reports, and task priorities.
Prepare and maintain documentation for procurement, logistics, and customer service.
Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and service providers.

- Procurement & Supplier Management
Coordinate with Research and Development team with sourcing products and materials.
Maintain relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely deliveries and contract compliance.
Support procurement analysis and prepare reports.

- Inventory & Logistics
Monitor and track inventory levels.
Coordinate shipping schedules and ensure smooth transfers (e.g. Asia to UK, UK to Amazon, UK to Amazon FBA).
Oversee returns and exchange logistics.

- Data Analysis & Reporting
Analyse market trends, supplier performance, and operational data.
Prepare financial and cost analysis reports for better decision-making.

- Customer Service
Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback.
Monitor and resolve returns, exchanges, and post-sales support.

- Process Improvement
Identify inefficiencies and recommend process optimisations.
Collaborate on innovation projects and new initiatives.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven work experience in supply chain management or a similar role.
- Excellent analytical and statistical skills.
- Basic knowledge of Amazon FBA processes (or willingness to learn).
- Data analysis and reporting expertise.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
- Understanding of market dynamics and global trade policies.
- Knowledge of cost accounting.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong ethical standards.
