Supply Chain Demand Planner

What You’ll Do
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Supply Chain Demand Planner to join our global team. This role will be responsible for managing demand planning, optimizing purchase orders, mitigating inventory risk, and ensuring efficient supply chain operations across our international manufacturing locations in Asia, importing to the US.

Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and manage demand planning processes to optimize inventory levels.
-Draft and present weekly purchase orders, ensuring optimal order quantities and price breaks.
-Work closely with Supply Chain leadership to identify, escalate, and resolve supply chain issues.
-Optimize consolidation of goods into containers for cost-efficient shipping.
-Assist with inventory, financial, and performance reporting to support Supply Chain initiatives.
-Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners (factories, freight forwarders, truckers) to address supply chain opportunities and challenges.
-Contribute to building a culture of transparency and accountability using KPIs and data-driven decision-making.
-Help establish and improve supply chain processes and SOPs to enhance operational efficiency.
 
What You’ll Need 
-3+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain management, or related fields.
-Strong understanding of supply chain operations, including purchase order management, inventory optimization, and transportation.
-Excellent analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
-Ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and external suppliers.
-Experience working with global supply chains, particularly in manufacturing and logistics.
-APICS certifications (CSCP, CPIM) or equivalent preferred but not required.

Availability to work between 6:00 AM and 2:30 PM Pacific Time.
Strong proficiency in spoken and written English.
Reliable internet connection and a private remote workstation.
