As we continue to expand, we are seeking a skilled Virtual Estimator who specializes in Xactimate to join our dynamic team.

Job Description: We are looking for a Virtual Estimator to provide accurate and detailed estimates for insurance pre-supplement and post-supplement processes. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Xactimate software and a deep understanding of roofing project requirements. This role requires excellent analytical skills and precision in preparing and submitting estimates to insurance companies.

Responsibilities:

Utilize Xactimate software to create detailed pre-supplement and post-supplement estimates.
Analyze and interpret architectural drawings, blueprints, and other project documentation.
Communicate effectively with insurance companies to submit claims and negotiate supplements.
Collaborate with the sales and project management teams to ensure alignment with client needs.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for all estimating activities.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience as an estimator, specifically using Xactimate software.
Strong knowledge of roofing systems and construction processes.
Proven ability to manage multiple estimation projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Exceptional mathematical and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Independent worker is able to thrive in a remote setting.
