Role and Responsibilities:
The Support Specialist's primary responsibility is to provide comprehensive support and solutions that ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the business.
This includes:
• Scheduling and Coordination: Scheduling cleaning appointments, managing changes or cancellations, and ensuring optimal allocation of Cleaning Technicians.
• Customer Service: Handling inquiries, complaints, and feedback from customers to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Systematically following up with customers via phone to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Payroll: Preparing Google Sheet with hours worked for each Cleaning Technician.
• Invoicing: Prepare and send out invoices each day. Follow up on any overdue invoices.
• Organize Meetings: Weekly with Business Owner, with agenda prepared in advance. Schedule meetings between Business Owner and each Cleaning Technician. Plan tea
• Communication: With Cleaning Technicians via WhatsApp, including daily inspiration.
• Social Media: Searching for posts regarding cleaning services, and responding accordingly. Post in
• Reviews: Responding to all reviews on Google,
• Technical Support: Providing assistance with any software or tools used by the business, such as Jobber, Asana/ ClickUp/ Trello, Google Docs.
The Support Specialist will:
• Professionally represent Sparkling Green Cleaning Services at all times.
• Attend and participate in meetings scheduled by the Business Owner.
• Communicate effectively with tea

• Communication: Acting as a liaison between the Cleaning Technicians, the Business Owner, and Customers to ensure clear and effective communication.
• Administrative Support: Managing documentation and other administrative tasks to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
By fulfilling these responsibilities, the Support Specialist helps the Business Owner focus on growth and strategic planning, while ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly.
