JOB OVERVIEW

The Success and Operations Manager will play a critical role in ensuring seamless execution across business functions and driving measurable success for our clients, artists, and internal teams. This position requires a strategic thinker with a passion for operational excellence and a commitment to creating a world-class experience for stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Client and Artist Success
*Act as the primary point of contact for clients and artists, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
*Develop tailored success strategies for clients and artists to maximize engagement and performance.
*Monitor and analyze artist/project performance metrics to identify growth opportunities.
*Provide insights and feedback to internal teams to enhance offerings and support client goals.
*Operational Management
*Manage daily operations, ensuring all processes run efficiently and align with company objectives.
*Collaborate with cross-functional teams (A&R, marketing, distribution, live events) to execute projects and campaigns.
*Implement and optimize workflows, tools, and systems for scalability and efficiency.
*Manage budgets, timelines, and resources for projects and initiatives.
*Performance Monitoring and Reporting
*Establish KPIs and metrics to measure success across operations and client projects.
*Generate regular reports and analyses to share insights with leadership and stakeholders.
*Identify and resolve bottlenecks or issues impacting performance or delivery.

Qualifications

Experience and Skills
*2+ years of experience in operations, project management, or client success, preferably in the entertainment or media industry, but not required.
*Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
*Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) and CRM software (e.g., Highlevel, Salesforce).
*Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
*Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing performance metrics and making strategic recommendations.
